What qualification will I achieve?

Certificate in Microdermabrasion.

How long is the course?

1 day course.

What are the entry requirements?

Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 2/3 is required. Please wear the professional tunic, trousers and flat closed toe shoes during the training.

How will I learn?

This is both practical and a theory based course.

How will I be assessed?

All the practical work is assessed and there is short knowledge test.

Which subjects will I study?

Microdermabrasion theory and practical treatments. Health & Safety and good hygiene are also part of this course.

What opportunities will this lead to?

This course provides additional qualifications for anyone in the beauty industry.

Are there any additional costs?

There are no additional costs. The college provides all equipment and tools needed for the course. Kits are available to purchase on request.
