This Spanish Tapas class covers meat, fish and vegetable dishes to suit all taste buds; you will no longer need to go to Spain for your Tapas fix!

How long is the course?

The course is delivered over 2 - 3 hours in an evening.

What are the entry requirements?

There are no entry requirements.

How will I learn?

This is a practical, hands-on class, you will prepare your meal alongside the tutor.

What subjects will I study?

During the class you will learn how to make a series of traditional tapas meat, fish and vegetable dishes which, depending on ingredient availability, may include; Lamb Meatballs, Deep Fried Calamari and Stuffed Vine Leaves. Following this you will move on to the bar to prepare traditional Sangria.

Are there any additional costs?

None, the fee includes all ingredients, tuition and support.  Please be aware that the session will include cleaning down time. You are advised to bring a container to take your products home with you.
