How long is the course?

The course is delivered over 2 - 3 hours in an evening.

What are the entry requirements?

There are no entry requirements.

How will I learn?

This is a practical, hands-on class, you will prepare your meal alongside the tutor.

What subjects will I study?

During the class you will learn how to baste and cook your joint to perfection (vegetarian alternative available) and how to prepare and cook the traditional accompaniments which, subject to ingredient availability, could include; roast potatoes, boiled potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, peas, Yorkshire pudding, Mashed Potatoes, Cranberry, Stuffing, Mint Sauce.

Are there any additional costs?

None, the fee includes all ingredients, tuition and support.  Please be aware that the session will include cleaning down time. You are advised to bring a container to take your products home with you.
