Masterclass: Easter Treats and Confectionery
Over the 3 weeks you will create easter treats; Week 1 will be Marzipan Modelling, Week 2 Chocolate Work and Week 3 Sugar Art/Craft and Pastillage.
What qualification will I achieve?
On successful completion of the course delegates will receive a Furness Training certificate of attendance.
How long is the course?
The course usually runs for 3 evenings.
What are the entry requirements?
No prior experience is needed to take part in this program.
What subjects will I study?
1. Marzipan Modelling
2. Chocolate Work
3. Sugar Craft and Pastillage
How will I be assessed?
There are no formal assessment procedures. Delegates will be continually observed throughout the day.
