This 4 week course introduces you to tricks and techniques to make and then decorate those mouthwatering cakes you see in the shops, at home. 

How long is the course?

The class is typically delivered over 12 hours in an evening.

What are the entry requirements?

There are no entry requirements.

How will I learn?

This is a practical, hands-on class, you will prepare your meal alongside the tutor.

What subjects will I study?

In the first session you will learn how to make mouthwateringly moist cakes. In the following 3 sessions you will learn tips, tricks and techniques to decorate them so they look as good as they taste. You will also be introduced to the art of marzipan modeling.

Are there any additional costs?

None, the fee includes all ingredients, tuition and support.  Please be aware that the session will include cleaning down time. You are advised to bring a container to take your products home with you.
