This one day telesales/selling skills course is designed to help delegates understand and develop the basic skills required in a sales role by looking at different techniques and their associated effectiveness.

What qualification will I achieve?

On successful completion of the course delegates will receive a Furness Training certificate of attendance.

How long is the course?

The course usually runs for one day. Content and duration can be adapted to suit your business needs.

What are the entry requirements?

There are no formal educational requirements but a good standard of literacy is required so that participants can participate fully in group discussions.
