This Bread Making masterclass introduces you to making delicious breads, in your own home.

How long is the course?

The course is delivered over 2 - 3 hours in an evening.

What are the entry requirements?

There are no entry requirements. This class is intended for beginners and those interested in polishing their skills.

How will I learn?

This is a practical, hands on class, you will prepare your meal alongside the tutor.

What subjects will I study?

During the class you will learn how to make 2 types of traditional and popular breads which, subject to ingredient availability, may include; Foccacia, Naan Bread and Traditional Bread Rolls.

Are there any additional costs?

None, the fee includes all ingredients, tuition and support.  Please be aware that the session will include cleaning down time. You are advised to bring a container to take your products home with you.
